About Us

We're an implementation service for Claude-based workflows. We help you audit your operations, select workflows that fit, set them up, integrate them with your tools, train your team, and hand everything over to you.

We focus on small businesses—solopreneurs to teams of about 12 people. We don't consult large enterprises. We don't build custom software.

Important: We are an implementation service. We handle setup, integration, and training. You own and manage everything afterward.

Clear. Direct pricing, realistic timeline, honest assessment of what's possible for your business.
Practical. No hype. No jargon. We work with small businesses that need real solutions. We focus on what works, not what sounds good.
Fast. Starter in 1 week, Core in 2 weeks, Expanded in 4 weeks. Real implementation, documented handoff. See pricing packages below.
Local. We're based in Oxnard. We focus on small businesses and local teams in Ventura County because we believe good implementation requires hands-on attention.

How We Work: We start with a full audit of your operations. Then we implement the workflows that actually solve your highest-impact problems. Training and documentation included. You own the systems and manage them yourself going forward.

What Clients Typically Experience

Adoption varies based on how much your team uses the workflows. When used: teams often reclaim 5–10 hours per week on invoicing, lead scoring, and email drafting. Better data visibility. Clearer operational processes. See the Agentic Service Contract for success factors.

What We Implement

We implement Claude-based workflows that connect to the tools your business already uses: QuickBooks for finance, HubSpot for CRM, PayPal for payments, Canva for design, DocuSign for contracts, and your email/calendar tools.

The goal: Automate your repetitive administrative work (invoicing follow-ups, lead scoring, contract reviews, payroll prep, content drafting, email triage) so your team has time for higher-value work. Workflows run inside your existing systems—no separate platform to learn.

Trained in Claude

Our team has completed training on Claude and Cowork through Anthropic Academy courses. We understand the product's capabilities and limitations.

Fast Delivery

Starter package completes in 1 week. Core package in 2 weeks. We move quickly because scope is defined upfront and team availability is agreed before we start.

Focused Scope

We specialize in workflow implementation for small businesses. We identify which workflows fit your business, set them up correctly, train your team, and hand them off for you to manage.

How It Works: Approval-First Model

You Initiate → Claude Prepares → You Approve in Writing → Action Executes

Workflows run with your approval at every production step. You see the draft work before anything goes live. For complete approval rules and agent permissions, see the Agentic Service Contract section below.

Pricing & Payment

One-time implementation fee. Claude subscription (if needed) is separate. See the Agentic Service Contract below for exact pricing, timeline, payment schedule, and complete terms of ownership.

💡 Key Point: Claude is built by Anthropic. We specialize in implementing Claude for small business teams. You get a working system your team knows how to use. After launch, you manage everything. No lock-in, no dependency.

Without Claude for Small Business vs. With It

This is the real difference:

Without It

  • Manual invoicing follow-ups (hours per week)
  • Leads sit unscored in your inbox
  • Month-end close is painful
  • You chase your own admin work
  • Opportunities missed because you're buried
  • Your team is frustrated and overworked

With Claude for Small Business

  • Overdue invoices can be identified and chased more efficiently
  • Leads can be scored and prioritized with less manual work
  • Month-end prep can happen faster with proper workflows set up
  • You approve and let Claude execute
  • Your team can focus more on higher-value work
  • More time on business strategy, less on administrative tasks

This isn't magic—it's automation of the stuff that's eating your time. You're not replacing people. You're giving them back the 10 hours a week they waste on invoicing, lead scoring, and email drafts.

Our Process

Audit → Setup → Training → Handoff. See the Agentic Service Contract below for timeline, phases, and deliverables per package.

Why We Do This

We focus on small businesses because we believe good implementation requires attention to detail and understanding of your specific situation.

You built something worth protecting. Most businesses that buy tools struggle to implement them well—the work is technical and takes focused effort. We handle that. We audit your operations, set up the workflows that matter, train your team thoroughly, and document everything clearly so you can manage it yourself going forward.

Our job is to get the tool working for you, not to replace you or lock you in. You own your account. You manage it. We're here to help you succeed with it.
